The Charleston Gazette-Mail in West Virginia is looking for several local government reporters.
The reporters would cover the counties of Kanawha, Putnam and Cabell, along West Virginias Interstate 64 corridor. Each beat would include a variety of news and features. Reporters would produce for our daily newspaper and for our web platforms. Photo skills would be a plus on the Cabell beat.
The Gazette-Mail is the highest-circulation newspaper in West Virginia with a vibrant reporting staff that works hard to dig up good stories. Our newspaper and website have influence across the state.
